It’s not delivery, it’s a DiGiorno Thanksgiving
Before you dismissively scoff at a culinary mash-up you suspect no one asked for, just consider what the makers of Americas best selling brand of frozen pizzas for two decades running ($1B in annual sales) have cooked for you in their pizzeria innovation lab. Please don’t look at the greasy walls in the pic above; we’re all about the grub not the glam. Oven roasted turkey tenderloin layered gently with grandma’s-secret pan-drippings gravy; diced baby sweet potatoes and hand-torn Wisconsin green beans picked at the peak of perfection and seared ala plancha; pert candied Michigan cranberries; an exclusive California mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend crafted of grass-fed dairy; perfectly fried, crunchy sweet Vidalia onions. All generously loaded atop a Detroit-style mile-high crust liberally enlaced with cheese that when baked, forms a heavenly, mouth-watering, crispy, snappy satisfaction with every bit. Really, what’s not to like? If you even THINK you’re interested, you’re too late. At least for this week, as the masses stormed the online gates yesterday. The pies are on sale every Wednesday through Thanksgiving via the brand’s website. Only $11.23, while limited supplies last. Bon apetit.
